The Ideal Halo Air WiFi 1 Zone Programmable Room Thermostat is a simple, flexible, plug-pair-and-play heating and hot water control that is compatible with Logic Air heat pumps. Designed for homes with a single heating zone controlled by a Logic Air monobloc heat pump, the Halo Air Wi-Fi is a convenient wireless heating control that is connected to the internet.
Easy to setup and install, the Halo Air thermostat allows you to control your heating and hot water anywhere via the app and it's also smart home compatible as well. You can easily download the Halo smartphone app for free and it can also be connected through smart home devices like Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
Kit Contains: 1x Halo PRT (Programmable Room Thermostat), 1x PRT rear housing, 1x trim plate, 1x desk stand, 1x smart interface hub, 1x smart interface bracket, 4x AA batteries, screws, fixings, installation & user guides.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
