Very pleased with my wind-up torch. It works exactly as described a few turns of the handle and you have a useful light whenever you want it. The brighter setting is even better. Would definitely recommend.

I had some difficulty ordering and paying online simply because this is not something I usually do. However, I managed to complete the order and the Wireless Receiver arrived in good time at the correct address, which was different from my own address. The part was fitted by an electrician and the heater concerned is now working well. Overall, my sister and I are very pleased.
Installation was arranged in just a few days from when I ordered. The charger looks fantastic and the installer did a fantastic job. All is working perfectly and the app is very comprehensive. Just make sure you have a good WiFi signal where you plan to have the charger installed.

Installed this charger on my own property after hearing good reviews from installers and users. Both installer app and client app are great and have a nice feel to them. The installation of the charger is pretty standard, I like the wall bracket as you don’t have to hold up the entire body with the attached cable while marking and levelling. Installation and setup were a breeze and would recommend for installers and I will be recommending for future clients. As a user, it has all the features you want and charges at the maximum wattage so charges take a little less time than other chargers I’ve used.

So far so good! First charge went well and the app is easy to use. Has to be in receipt of your wifi!!..I hadn't appeciated this when I bought this model but luckily all is ok.
Good customer service. Our telephone conversation was particularly useful because this is a new area for me and I was unfamiliar with EV charging. One area where I think you could be more aware is in explaining the requirements for the charger with regard to WiFi. I chose one area and it was fitted only to realise it wasn't in receipt of our WiFi signal. Luckily it could be moved. Had I known I could have chosen this better spot originally.
Service was good and quick delivery.
The unit was easy to install, works well but had an issue with dropping its internet connection. Hypervolt support were very good though and resolved the issue.
The price was very competitive, customer service was amazing and delivery was super quick too, highly recommended !
