The Salus SR600 Smart Home Remote Relay is designed to work in a switch box, wall socket or where there is a requirement to control a receiver with a maximum load of 16A. This is a useful remote-controlled relay for voltage devices and voltage free devices such as alarm control panels, gate controllers, opening sensors and more. It has a programmable schedule when used with your SALUS Smart Home app.

Great relay for electric underfloor heating upgrade. Only fiddley bit is the terminals are quite small for getting several connections in. Fits nicely into SRS600

The whole Salus range of relays and sensors is just so flexible and versatile, using their One Touch Rules. There's very little that they can't control. We now have 15 relays in our Parish Hall, with Thermostats and Motion Sensors, giving us remote, and automatic control of heating, lighting, water supply and door closing.

Great addition to our heating system to control hot waterReviewed by Martin on 20 Nov 2023

I fitted three of these to replace timers for hot water, towel rails and a bronze pump (hot water circulation). They linked up very easily to the Universal Gateway and are easy to programme. They are much smaller then I thought they would be which is fine but meant that the terminals were small and close together so terminals are only really suitable for a single wire and care needs to be taken to ensure nothing shorts. The sensor housing is essential as otherwise live terminals would be exposed.

If you unfortunately have a Salus system, this component works well. But, if you do not have a Salus system, I would recommend you look at other options.

Hi, what is the difference between this and the IT500? Other than price on your website? We need a replacement IT500 touchscreen thermostat as our old one has broken. Which do we need? We have all the other bits.
The main difference is that the IT500BM is for combination boilers and single heating zones only. Otherwise, they are very similar products and can both be smart-phone operated.
Hi is this compatible with Baxi duo tec 28 boiler
Salus thermostats are compatible with all boilers

  • Portable power to Northern Ireland: we can’t currently ship these items due to insurance issues with the courier.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with it.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange; please see below for more information on our returns policy.

RETURNS

If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.

All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Place your item(s) securely in its original packaging along with the returns form.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Faults on installed products: 

If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • opened box, damaged, missing or incomplete items cannot be returned.
  • items that have been installed.
