The GivEnergy 5.2kWh Li-Ion Battery is a high-capacity, modular home energy storage unit designed to help households reduce electricity costs, increase solar self-consumption, and gain greater control over how and when they use energy. Thanks to its compact and versatile design, the GivEnergy 5.2kWh battery can be installed in a wide range of locations and mounted on either a wall or the floor. As a fully modular system, up to five battery packs can be connected to a single GivEnergy hybrid inverter or AC-coupled charger, enabling homeowners to scale storage capacity as their energy needs grow. Integrated within the wider GivEnergy ecosystem, the battery communicates seamlessly with GivEnergy inverters, the cloud platform, and advanced monitoring software for optimised performance and real-time visibility.
Each battery uses high-density prismatic LiFePO₄ cells, minimising heat build-up and preventing thermal hotspots. A robust multi-point BMS, including built-in monitoring, provides individual cell-level protection, accurate balancing, and enhanced fault detection. With a nominal voltage of 51.2V, a usable 80% depth of discharge, and a maximum charge/discharge current of 50A, the 5.2kWh module provides stable, efficient, and dependable energy storage performance every day. Whether paired with solar PV or used to optimise off-peak tariffs, it offers a future-ready, safe, and scalable solution for home energy management.
Important: The GivEnergy 5.2kWh Battery requires a compatible GivEnergy inverter to operate. A GivEnergy Hybrid Inverter (for solar PV systems) or a GivEnergy AC-Coupled Charger (for storage-only setups) must be purchased separately. These units manage all charging, discharging, monitoring, and communication functions.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
