The GivEnergy (GIV-BAT 9.5) 9.5kWh LifePO4 Li-Ion Home Battery is a powerful and highly versatile rechargeable battery storage solution for medium to large properties, keeping your home running on cleaner, cheaper, adaptable battery power. Designed to be added to an existing Solar PV System, or to work simply as a standalone battery to charge up during off-peak times when it’s cleaner, greener and less costly. This home battery will give you energy independence as well as full control over your energy and how you use it.
You'll be able to store up free energy from solar panels, a wind turbine, hydro power, or even with no renewables at all, using your energy when it suits you. Avoid peak energy times and costs during the day and charge up at night using grid power if you wish - the GivEnergy Home Battery adapts to your needs.
Many customers choose to have 2 of these batteries installed in their home to ensure as little energy is purchased from the grid as possible. GivEnergy batteries are made using Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) technology, making them not only long-lasting but the safest available. They're also made of high-capacity, energy-dense cells with minimal heat build-up to enhance longevity. The battery chemistry does not contain any Cobalt, making it non-flammable and the battery pack is 99% recyclable.
New features include an in-built DC MCB and push fit power connectors, reducing the time and complexity of the installation.

RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
