The GIV-AIO-GW1 backup gateway requires a compatible GivEnergy All-in-One inverter-battery system to operate. It is not a standalone power source and must be installed as part of a complete GivEnergy backup system.
The GIV-AIO-GW1 Backup Gateway is a smart, automatic power-switching device that seamlessly switches your home’s power to the GivEnergy All-in-One battery system during grid failures, ensuring reliable backup power and uninterrupted energy security. It offers rapid automatic switchover, flexible whole-home or essential-load backup capability, seamless integration with the GivEnergy All-in-One system, and robust outdoor-ready construction for dependable performance in all conditions.
Working in harmony with the GivEnergy All-in-One inverter-battery system, the gateway enables rapid, seamless transfer to backup power so that essential circuits remain energised with minimal interruption. In the event of a grid failure, the gateway facilitates an industry-leading 20-millisecond switchover time, allowing the system to continue delivering power to the home and maintain off-grid operation until grid supply is restored. The Giv-Gateway also enables the connected solar PV system to continue generating energy during an outage by maintaining a secure off-grid supply path through the All-in-One inverter.
Engineered for long-term reliability, the gateway supports both whole-home backup and essential-load configurations, giving installers the flexibility to tailor operation to the property’s requirements. RETURNS
If you find you have received the wrong or damaged item(s), you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any time after this you are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost following the standard returns process.
All returns must be postmarked and in writing within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new, unopened and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We ask that all customers when returning products send the goods via a trackable courier service. Underfloor Wizard Ltd t/a ECO Wizard will not be held responsible for goods which do not arrive at our premises.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless in the instance of damaged/faulty goods received in which case we can issue you with a returns label to cover the cost of postage.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Faults on installed products:
If a product that has been installed develops a fault, please contact us, do not uninstall the product yourself. We will arrange for an engineer or technical support from the brand to assist with diagnosing the fault. Once the fault has been confirmed we can then arrange for the necessary next steps to occur.
